21 months.
is this real life?!
Im already planning a 2nd birthday and 99% of the time I feel like I have a teenager.
Dear other moms, when they tell you it goes by soo fast you better believe it. Because im still in shock.
This month you have really started acting and looking older and it making this momma extra sad! Dada was giving you TONS of kisses the other day and you said plain as day "staaaaaap dada. staaaaaap. nooooo." wait what- you shouldn't be getting annoyed with our kisses yet!
Singing and dancing is probably your most favorite thing in the world to do. You have a little microphone and you will belt out Let it Go or Twinkle Twinkle Little Star at any given moment. I have no clue where you got your dance moves from but it definitely wasn't your momma.
Gurrrrlll... you can dance.
The funniest thing in the world was looking in the back seat one day and watching you "whip and nae nae" like what?! who taught you that?! but you've got. it. down.
You have become my little koala lately not wanting me to ever put you down. I don't know if its because this baby bump is showing and you have your own little seat now or what but you have gotten a little extra clingy. But I don't mind - most of the time.
You've had about 3 or 4 tantrums but I cant complain. Some mommas get them every day. YOU, on the other hand, just tell me no and walk away. We have also suddenly started putting our hands over our ears when im talking to you and you don't wanna hear it. The moment I get on to you the tears start flowing and you can hardly catch your breath. Its soooo hard for me to keep a serious face when all I want to do is just hug you and love on you when you do that. But telling me no and closing your ears just isn't acceptable!
You definitely have your own personality and is super sweet and very strong- willed. You let us know what you want when it comes to clothes, food, what movie you want to watch but not without telling us "peeeeaasseee" and "tank cuuu" Im SO glad that you still love cudding with your momma and will do so multiple times a day. Also, you give the BEST kisses. Youre favorites are forehead kisses. I LOVE THEM SO MUCH.
**Dr. Update***
We went to the Dr. for your 21 month appt. Normally they don't do appointments at 21 months but Dr. Wiley wanted to check up on your walking since you were barely walking at 18 months. He was so happy to see you running around and this time you finally talked to him (even if it was only bye bye) you even stuck out your tongue and said "ahhhhh" when he needed you to! You are such a big girl! I was most impressed when they weighed you! 24 POUNDS! Girl you are in the 50th percentile now and I never thought you would get passed 20! You have gotten so big and growing SO fast!
