Canton Trade Days.
Ive been looking forward to going for 2 months so when we finally got the chance to visit my dad in Arlington this past weekend I was able to take the hour long drive out there and boy was it worth it. It was HOTT and we walked 5 miles buuut there was so many cute things and I would have gotten SO MUCH MORE if our budget would have allowed me to.
Tenley had it easy...kinda. We had a little wagon to push her in and carry our stuff but in typical Tenley fashion, she would much rather walk around or be held but she looked stylin the whole time.
The first part was just going through junk and antiques but once we got further back, that's when we found all the good stuff. Augh I plan on coming back to this little store once we have a house to get stuff for Tenley's room. The decorations were to DIE for.
I found the cutest rocking horse that needs to be painted for our little boy's room. Best part was? It was under $30. Im pretty sure Tenley has already broken it in. (I didn't think to get a before picture so its already halfway painted! oops!)
I also found Tenley some of the cutest outfits that were a STEAL. She ended up wearing one of them to church. If I could have bought every single outfit I would have....But i had to constantly remind myself that we were shopping for the boys room.
and of course, Tenley was the star of the show when she broke into her dance moves as we were walking out. People were stopping and telling her how cute she is and commenting on her moves. I thought we were never going to leave.
I maaay be debating on coming back one more time to get a rocking chair. I debated on it the whole time and ended up not getting one....now I kinda regret it. It was so much fun looking back on it even though the whole time we were drenched in sweat and I woke up the next morning with sore legs. It was quite the workout. Tenley had so much fun that about 5 minutes into the car ride home she was passed out.
