26 months.
I cant even begin to explain how proud I am of this little girl! Not only has she grown so much but she has also adjusted so well to not being an only child anymore!
We went to a late 2 year check up the other day and this girl is stiiiiillll Tiny Tenley and only 28 lbs and at the 31percentile!
So much has changed this past month with Tenley. I LOVE this age. Tenley and I can now have conversations and 99% of the time I can completely understand what shes saying! I love when she walks in the room and her sweet little voice says
"heeeeeeeeeeeeey"
or even better
"heeeeeeey mommmmaa"
all. the. sass.
While I would love to think of her as my little girly girl she has definitely turned into quite the tomboy recently! Watching sports, playing in dirt, trying to do flips on the bed is a favorite pastime of hers. Im counting down the days until I can put her in gymnastics.
She has become quite the little mommy recently taking care of her little brother. I frequently get told I need to stop trying to burp him because she can do it better. She also feels the need to kiss his little head every night and sing to him.
CUTEST. THING. EVER.
We have been working on potty training and while she pretty much has it down that she goes potty in her big girl potty i constantly have to ask if she needs to go because if I don't she will definitely have an accident. As for now we are still in pull ups until she can start letting me know when she needs to go.
The hardest part of this month by far has definitely been patience. Especially since there is two of them now! Im pretty sure she says "why?" and "momma, mommy, mommy hellllppp" 500 times a day....not even exaggerating. And she always happen to need me when im feeding her brother or trying to put him to sleep. While adjusting can be hard, im loving every minute of it and am so impressed with the amazing little girl she has become! I wouldn't trade this life for anything!
